ABOUT VILLA NARIN

Villa Narin was designed by Bulent, a reputable architect from Ankara who also designed the Pirat Hotel on Kalkan Harbour. Built in 2004-05 to the highest specifications. The villa spans four levels (300m²), featuring four large bedrooms, four bathroom/shower rooms, plus a separate toilet and basin at the pool level. There is also a poolside shower for use before swimming.

The villa includes two kitchens, a 40m² swimming pool, a large Ottoman-style pergola with sofa seating and dining on the entrance terrace, and four other terraces including a roof terrace, all with comfy sofas and/or sunbeds.

The villa is located less than half a mile from Kalkan town centre (under a mile from the beautiful and lively harbour)and 300 meters above sea level.Advantage of altitude is significantly cooler and fresher in the heat of summer as well as peace and tranquility. Accessible via a steep winding road 1.2 km by car. It will take 10/15 minutes to walk down to the harbour.
